Privacy statement
This statement explains what Isotropic does with the personal data you send through isotropic.nl. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect, and why

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not profile you or sell your data to anyone.
Reviews
Where this site shows customer reviews, the display name, date and text come from a review the customer chose to publish on our Etsy shop, and we reproduce them unchanged. We rely on our legitimate interest in showing prospective customers honest feedback (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you left one of them and would rather it did not appear here, email info@isotropic.nl and we will take it down.
How long we keep it
- Files you upload are deleted automatically after 30 days. If you want us to keep a model on file for a repeat order, just say so and we will.
- Email correspondence is kept for up to two years after our last contact, so we can pick up where we left off.
- If your enquiry turns into an order, the invoice and the data on it are kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers, each of whom processes data only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare — hosts the website, stores your uploaded files (in the European Union) and runs the Turnstile anti-spam check.
- Resend — delivers the notification email that reaches our inbox. Resend is based in the United States, so this involves a transfer outside the EEA, covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not share your enquiry or your files with anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, hand it to you in a portable format, or object to us processing it. Email info@isotropic.nl and we will respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If we change this statement we will update the date at the top of this page.
